Welcome to my third destination around the world.  I'm still using  Ikes Art Images  and this time I have stopped off at Germany and Bulgaria. I have discovered that Germans speak German Football is the country's favourite sport The Berlin Wall fell in 1989 Has the largest economy Is the home of the Nazi Regime and Hitler In Bulgaria I discovered that A NOD means no A Shake of the head means YES Like the Slavic nationality they use the Cyrillic alphabet Is home to the Balkan Mountains.

Oh my word, this is one of my favourite themes going, of course you can go with anything goes if you want but I love a "darker" challenge and have loved playing with this stunning creation "sinful beauty" designed by Ike.  To join us with this challenge pop over to  Ikes world challenges

It is Vintage fortnight over at  International Art & Soul  and I have created this "thank you" card using some Christmas gift stash. I've used butterfly stamps, tissue paper and vintage collage paste.

Whilst out and about this morning with the camera I sent a series of texts to a friend with these clues: I am near a deep body of water It played a big part in history, both here {rural} and in the cities There is wildlife. When she did not get it I sent these clues: There are boats but they do not have engines There are dog walkers and fishermen It was at this point she guessed it, I was indeed at The Grand Western Canal.  Here are some photos from this morning's excursion.
