Yes I've been at those Christmas cards again!  This time I've used as usual stamps from Hobby Art and die cuts.

The theme at  International Art & Soul  is Summer Fun, this covers such a lot of things that I had a hard time choosing just the one. I have used an image from  Ikes Art  and sea shells from a set of stamps at  Hobby Art .

This art journal page features an image from  Ikes Art  and shows how some people close to me make me feel on a too regular basis at times.

I was feeling a stretched too far and in need of some "me Time" when I created this journal page.  I've used distress oxide inks, Masks, die cut letters and die cut paint splodges, scribble hearts etc

So my year of adventures is coming to an end, or according to my National Trust membership it is.  It started as a term of adventures when Lipreading moved and then went into a year...it's likely to become a more regular thing.  The move for Lipreading is permanent and financially it doesn't make sense to continue, well actually it's more a case of financially impossible to continue.  I miss it...I miss the people and it I get teary when I think of what I am missing.  The funny stories of the mistakes we all make, the tips someone stumbled upon by accident, the interesting and diverse themes each week but most of all I miss the inclusiveness, nowhere have I ever felt so included as I did there.  Don't get me wrong it wasn't easy...I ended a difficult first term by bribing them with limoncello lemon curd cupcakes.  That was my inroad...I could bake, not only bake but reach the standard of approval for a group of WI women...something of an accolade if you as...
